Tree hunting!!!

"Pity Party" time is officially over until next month (hopefully not though) and so our family went out today on our traditional hunt for the best Christmas tree!!! It was great fun too because we still have lots of the white stuff hanging around but it was a clear, crisp day! Perfect! We have to wait to decorate our new tree until tomorrow since Hailey is off babysitting tonight and we wouldn't do something like that without her. For now I can just blog with the wonderful scent of a freshly cut fir sitting in our familyroom awaiting to be adorned with all its glory!

Ok...maybe it didn't start off as "sisterly" as I had hoped...

But then the girls started to have fun with each other...come on now, we need to find the tree!!!

After lots of searching...we found the perfect one!!!

The best part is the warm cocoa after the search!
